📦 Processing Times

  • All prints are professionally made-to-order through our trusted art printer.

  • Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 3–7 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Rates (Australia Only)

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate (2–8 business days)

  • Express Shipping: $20 flat rate (1–3 business days)

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $180

📍 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Australia only.

  • International shipping will be added in the future.

⏳ Estimated Delivery Times (Australia)

  • Standard: 2–8 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to postal delays outside our control.

📮 Packaging

  • A4 A3 A2 and A1 prints are shipped rolled in protective tubes.

  • All prints are sealed in archival sleeves to ensure they arrive safely.

🧾 Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at paperbotanica@gmail.com within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delays are outside our control — but we will always assist where possible.
